Sheet metal mechanical processing

We are glad to offer you our capacities of sheet metal processing and manufacturing of constructional elements.

Metal sheet elements are processed by laser cutting or perforating by punching machines and bending by folding press-brakes. Roll bending of sheet metal parts is carried out on a rolling-brake. We use up-to-date CNC machines for our sheet metal processing.

Manual, robotic and laser welding is performed by MIG/MAG and WIG/TIG methods. 

Metal constructional elements are manufactured by CNC cutting operation. 

Final surface coating is provided in our paintshop by applying plastic powder of various colours, which is subsequently stoved.
